In this hands-on, interactive course, you will firmly establish and expand your coaching skills. This course focuses on developing coaching skills and competencies though the use of GROW and experiential activities. You will integrate a coaching approach into your current leadership style in order to assist others in executing focused actions that increase their productivity, growth, impact and results.
