Description

Critical thinking and problem solving requires people not only to understand the task and actions surrounding it, but also the relationships that can make or break to decision making process.
This course recognises that many people or groups are interested in the outcome, all of whom see the issue differently; or perhaps the issue is surrounded by competing interests which can make a task or decision appear quite complex.
Throughout this course, participants learn a number of different techniques and models to assist them with the critical thinking & problem solving process.
