Counselling Services
SKUP will provide Welfare counselling services on need basis. You need to book an appointment to see welfare counselling for SKUP counsellor. Email to: support@skilledup.edu.au or book an appointment at reception.
Self-paced Learning
SKUP will provide you monitor sessions and student need to take additional study hours in their own time. The self-paced learning help student to engage with learning through SKUP eStudy lounge. Small Class Sizes
As part of our educational strategy, students will be placed into small class sized not exceeding 15 students for theory classes to maximize student development and learning outcomes. This encourages active participate between students and teachers. This strategy also assists us in ensuring that cross-cultural understanding is promoted and enhanced.
Credit Transfer
Students may be eligible for credit transfer for previously completed studies. Assessment of eligibility will be on an individual basis and includes the assessment of qualifications and subjects completed offshore. Please be aware that any application for Recognition of Prior learning or Credit transfer may impact on the duration of your course and have an impact on your visa; please check with the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) if you have any concerns.
Flexible Learning
We provide flexible study options and, weekends classes schedule daytime and four hours once in a week evening classes to meet the needs of all of our students, although with the rapid growth of SKUP in near future enrolments, it is expected that we will be able to better meet student timetable requests by providing classes over week days, daytime and evening weekdays. Students will be able to select from a larger range of timetabling options that better suit their needs in future.
Technology and Resources
Our computer lab is equipped with modern technology and is accessible to assist students during their studies.
Students have free access to Internet facility for personal use during their enrolment with us, provided this use does not contravene Skilled Up policy regarding illegal use of technology.
