There are two payment options for qualifications at Skilled Up:
Government-Subsidised Training applicable only for Building and Construction Courses.
If you and your qualification are eligible, the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments may cover part or all of your tuition fees.
Fee-for-Service
If you or the qualification are not eligible for government subsidies, you will be required to pay the full tuition fee. A monthly payment plan is available.

Government-Subsidised Training (Skills First Program)
*Applicable to Building and Construction Courses Only
Skilled Up offers government-subsidised training places under the Victorian Government’s
Skills First Program. Eligibility is assessed by an authorised Skilled Up representative
upon enquiry.
To be eligible, students must:
Be an Australian citizen, permanent visa holder, or New Zealand citizen; and
Enrol and commence training with Skilled Up between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.

Skills First funding limits apply:
Maximum 2 subsidised course commencements per year
Maximum 2 subsidised courses at one time
Maximum 2 subsidised “Course in …” programs in a lifetime
Accessing Skills First funding may impact future eligibility for government-funded training.
Tuition fees are subject to change based on individual circumstances.
Subsidised Courses – Applicable to Building and Construction Courses Only
Eligible government-subsidised students who hold, or are listed as dependants on, a current concession card may receive a concession on tuition fees.

Pensioner Concession Card
Veteran’s Gold Card
A valid Health Care Card must be provided within 4 weeks of course commencement. Concession rates are outlined in the fee schedule.
Please Note
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students will be charged concession fees in all course categories where applicable.
Concessions do not apply if a student’s tuition fees are being paid by a Commonwealth government agency or as part of a Commonwealth program or initiative.
Fee-for-Service
This option applies to students who are not eligible for government-subsidised training.
Maximum of $1,500 payable upfront
Payment options include an initial payment and flexible payment plans
Course Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing with student details, contact info, and reason.
5 days before start: No fee
5 days before start: 50% of course fee
After start: 100% of course fee

Learner Rights
As a consumer, the student is entitled to a refund under the Skilled Up Refund Policy after signing an agreement with Skilled Up.
