The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria has been designed to cover the potential gap in the labour market, specifically in the real estate agencies. The specific focus on developing and deepening the individual’s learning their overall skills and knowledge of real estate practice as a real estate agent or auctioneer, or salesperson, etc. across a range of real estate agency functions.

As well as traditional classroom-based delivery, you also have the option of using your work experience to cut down your study time with our Recognition of Prior (RPL) Learning option.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal pre-requisites to complete the qualification, however Skilled Up discloses the following as pre-requisites to complete the training:

Learners must have an intermediate level of computer skills and knowledge
Learners have access to a printer to print resources
An Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
* Where a student holds a Visa that permits study, please get in touch with the Training Department
Learners must have ASCF 2/3 level of language, literacy, and numeracy & digital (LLND) Skills
Learners must be 18 years and over at the time of enrolment

All applicants for this course will complete an assessment to evaluate their language, literacy and numeracy & digital (LLND) skills. This helps to ensure that you enrol in a course that is the right level of study for you.
